An accounting team in India, without hiring one.
Bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end close run from Pune for accounting practices and companies abroad. You keep the client relationship and the review; we carry the volume, in your working hours where it matters.
We work on your software and your chart of accounts — no migration required. Arrangement details as on 03 Aug 2026.
The work that eats your team's week.
Volume work with clear rules, done consistently — so your qualified people spend their time on review, advisory and client conversations instead of coding transactions.

Two very different reasons to outsource.
You need capacity, not headcount
Practices in the UK, US, Germany and elsewhere use us as a delivery layer behind their own brand.
- Seasonal peaks covered without permanent hires
- Your software, your file naming, your review checklist
- Client-facing work stays entirely with you
- Confidentiality terms agreed before any file moves
You need a finance function, not a hire
Founders and finance leads who want the books kept properly without building an in-house team for it.
- Books closed monthly rather than at year-end
- A named person on the file, not a rotating queue
- Reporting your board or lender will accept
- Scales up or down with the business
Working with an India entity or team as well? That side sits with our Global Desk and global payroll service.
A pilot on one book, before anything else moves.
We start with a small, defined sample — one entity or one month — so you can see the output quality, the turnaround and the way we ask questions before you commit anything larger. From there we document the process: your chart of accounts, coding rules, approval routes, file conventions and review points. Access is granted on your systems rather than ours, and confidentiality terms are signed before any client file is touched.
What usually decides it.
We work on yours
Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally and the common add-ons. No migration, no parallel system, no asking your clients to change anything.
Overlap where it matters
Overlap hours are agreed at the start so queries get answered within a working day rather than bouncing across a night.
Terms before files
Confidentiality and data-handling terms are signed before any access is granted, and access sits on your systems under your control.
A named team
The same people on your files month after month, with a documented process so a leave day doesn't reset your context.
You keep the sign-off
We prepare; you review and sign. The professional relationship with your client, and the final judgement, stay entirely yours.
Up and down
Capacity flexes with your season. You aren't carrying a fixed cost through a quiet quarter to have hands in a busy one.
Before the pilot.
Do my clients know the work is done in India?
That's your call and it's set out in the engagement. Most practices work with us as a white-label delivery layer; some are open about it. Either way, all client contact stays with you.
Which software do you work on?
Yours. Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho and Tally are the most common, along with the usual document-management and workflow add-ons. We don't ask you to migrate.
How do you handle confidentiality and data?
Terms are agreed before any access is granted, access sits on your systems rather than ours, and the scope of who can see what is defined in writing at the start.
Can you take on a backlog?
Yes. Catch-up work is a common way engagements start — we agree opening balances and trace unreconciled items before moving to a routine monthly close.
What does the first month look like?
A pilot on a sample book, a documented process built from how you already work, and a review point at the end of it. If the output isn't right, nothing larger has moved.

Tell us about the work — we'll scope a pilot.
Share the volume, the software and how you'd like the review to work. We'll come back with a pilot scope within a few hours. Prefer to talk now? WhatsApp or call us directly.
Start with one book.
Send us the volume and the platform. We'll propose a pilot on a sample book so you can judge the output before anything larger moves.
