Become the person who owns payroll.
An 8-week executive certification that takes HR professionals from salary structures through to statutory filings — plus a shorter workshop for those who only need the labour-code update. Every other payroll course is run by a training institute. We actually run payroll — for 3,000+ businesses, every month. You learn on the same processes.
Batch size is kept small so everyone gets attention. Tell us your background on WhatsApp and we'll share the fee, the payment options and the next start date in one message.
One complete programme, one focused update.
Most people take the certification. The workshop exists for those who already run payroll and only need the labour-code changes.
Executive Payroll, Labour Code & Compliance Certification
The complete programme. For HR professionals who want to own payroll end to end rather than hand it to finance — from designing a salary structure to filing the statutory returns behind it.
- Payroll fundamentals and end-to-end monthly processing
- Salary structuring and CTC design under the labour codes
- PF, ESIC and TDS on salary — computation, deposit and returns
- Full & final settlement, gratuity and leave encashment
- Labour laws, statutory registers and inspection readiness
- Workforce administration across the employee lifecycle
New Labour Codes & Revised Payroll Process
For HR professionals who already run payroll and want a focused update on what has changed — not a full programme.
- Payroll process updates
- Revised wage structure under the labour codes
- Labour code changes and employer impact
- Compliance updates and ECR filing
Which program should you choose?
You want the full picture
You want complete practical payroll knowledge — salary structures through to statutory compliance — plus exposure to PF, ESIC, TDS, F&F, labour laws and the day-to-day payroll workflow you will actually run.
You only need what changed
You already work in HR or payroll, you want the recent labour-code and payroll changes explained clearly, and you prefer short-duration learning over a full programme.
Grow beyond recruitment into core HR operations.
Many HR careers begin with recruitment, onboarding, documentation or coordination. As responsibilities grow, organisations expect HR to also own payroll processing, salary structures, statutory compliance, labour law and the employee lifecycle. These programs build exactly that layer.
Program information, side by side.
What you should be able to do.
Run a monthly payroll cycle
Read attendance and inputs, process salaries, handle arrears and deductions, and check the register before payout.
Design a compliant salary structure
Split CTC into components that hold up under the labour codes and explain the impact to employees and management.
Own the statutory calendar
Prepare PF, ESIC and TDS-on-salary workings, file ECR, and keep records ready for inspection or audit.
This is training by a practising firm, not a placement agency. You learn on the same processes we run for 3,000+ businesses every month.
Before you enrol.
Is this course online or in a classroom?
Live online, on weekends. Sessions are conducted over video with the trainer present — not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. Participants join from across India, so there is no travel and no need to be in any particular city.
Do I need prior payroll experience?
Not for the certification — it starts from fundamentals and builds up to statutory filings. The workshop is different: it assumes you already run payroll and only need the labour-code changes explained.
Which programme should I take?
The certification if you want to own payroll end to end — salary structuring through to PF, ESIC, TDS and full and final settlement. The workshop if you already handle payroll and only need what changed under the new labour codes. If you're unsure, tell us your current role on WhatsApp and we'll say plainly which one fits.
What certificate do I get?
A certificate of completion from TaxKitab Academy. It confirms you completed the programme. It is not a professional qualification or a licence to practise, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Do you offer placement?
No. We are a practising accounting firm, not a placement agency. What you get instead is training on the same processes we run for 3,000+ businesses every month — which is a different kind of value, and the one we can actually deliver.
How is this different from other payroll courses?
Most payroll courses are run by training institutes. Their trainers teach payroll; they don't run it. We process payroll every month for businesses across India — so the examples, the errors and the edge cases in this programme come from files we actually handled, not from a syllabus.
When does the next batch start?
Batches are kept small, and we start a new one as soon as the group is ready. Enrolment is open now — message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the next start date, the fee and payment options in one reply.
We run payroll for 3,000+ businesses
If the answer is that your team shouldn't be running payroll at all, that is a different conversation — and one we are happy to have.
Studying the TDS side? Our TDS & TCS Complete Guide covers the salary-withholding chapters in depth. Quarterly filing itself is on TDS returns, and every statutory date sits on the compliance calendar.
