Two very different reasons to call us.

Most of our Gulf clients fall into one of these. They're different engagements, so it's worth saying which one you are.

You run a UAE business

You need the books kept, properly

A mainland or free zone company that wants clean monthly books and numbers it can act on — without hiring an in-house accountant.

  • Monthly bookkeeping in your existing cloud software
  • Bank and supplier reconciliation
  • Accounts payable and receivable with usable ageing
  • Records organised so your UAE advisor's filing work is straightforward
  • Management accounts for your bank, board or investor
  • Year-end pack handed over cleanly
You have an India connection

You need the India side run

An Indian entity, an India team, suppliers here, property here, or income that never stopped when you moved to the Gulf.

  • Indian entity setup, or compliance for one you already have
  • India payroll with provident fund, state insurance and salary withholding
  • GST registration and returns
  • Withholding on payments made from India, and treaty positions
  • NRI income tax returns and residential status
  • Property sale withholding and repatriation paperwork
Scope, stated plainly

What we do, and what stays with your UAE advisor.

Being clear about this upfront saves a difficult conversation later.

We work alongside your UAE-licensed advisor rather than around them, and keep the boundary explicit in the engagement letter.

We are an Indian accounting firm and do not hold UAE licensure. We do not provide UAE tax advice or make UAE filings on your behalf.

Why the Gulf works differently

An hour and a half is not a time difference.

Our UK clients get overnight turnaround; our US clients get a full overnight cycle. Gulf clients get something better — a working day that overlaps almost entirely with ours, so a question asked at ten is answered by eleven rather than tomorrow. Add an office in Muscat and a client base that has run both sides of the India-Gulf corridor since 2017, and the arrangement stops feeling like offshoring and starts feeling like a team in the next building.

How we start

Four steps, no obligation at the first.

01

Situation call

What the business is, what the India connection is, and who currently handles what. We tell you what applies.

02

Written scope

What sits with us, what stays with your UAE advisor, and what it costs — agreed before anything begins.

03

Handover

Existing records, software access and pending filings reviewed, with the actual position verified rather than assumed.

04

Monthly rhythm

Books closed on an agreed date, India-side returns filed, and a monthly pack that reaches you without you asking.

FAQ

What Gulf clients ask.

Do you file UAE corporate tax or VAT returns?

No. We're an Indian firm and don't hold UAE licensure. Those filings stay with your UAE-licensed advisor. We keep the accounting underneath in order so their work is straightforward, and we handle everything on the India side.

We pay an Indian supplier. Do we need to withhold tax?

It depends on what the payment is for, whether the income is sourced in India, and the applicable treaty position. Worth checking before the payment rather than after — the consequence of not withholding generally lands on the payer.

Does having a team in India create a taxable presence for us?

It can, depending on what the team does and how the arrangement is structured. This is the question most worth asking early, because restructuring afterwards is considerably harder than setting it up correctly.

I moved to the UAE. Do I still file in India?

Often yes, where you have Indian income, property or certain assets. Residential status changes the scope of what India can tax rather than removing the obligation to file — and it's worth checking, because a zero-tax home country makes the deemed residency rule relevant.

How do we send documents?

WhatsApp or email for most things, with a shared folder for volume. Nothing needs couriering unless a physical original is genuinely required.
