How the Partner Program Works

| 3. We Handle Everything | We speak to the business, scope the engagement, and onboard them. You do not need to be involved in the service delivery. |
| 4. You Earn Commission | Once the client signs and first invoice is raised, your commission is processed. Ongoing commission continues for the duration of the retainer. |
What Makes a Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is a business with genuine monthly accounting, GST, payroll or compliance needs — not a one-time registration or filing request. The business should be operational with real transactions.
Ideal referrals: SMEs with 3+ employees, IT companies, agencies, hospitality businesses, manufacturers, traders, NRI-owned businesses with India operations.
Not qualified: Sole proprietors needing only ITR filing, pre-revenue startups, businesses looking only for lowest price.

Do I need to be in Pune to partner?
No. Partners can be anywhere in India or overseas. We serve clients remotely across Maharashtra, India and internationally.
What if I refer someone who does not convert?
No commission on non-converting referrals. We only pay when a retainer engagement starts and first invoice is raised.
Is there a formal agreement?
Yes. We send a simple one-page partner agreement before the first referral. It defines the commission structure, qualified lead criteria, and payment terms.
How is commission paid?
Bank transfer to your account, within 15 days of invoice payment by the referred client. Monthly statement provided.
