Frequently Asked Questions
Is PF mandatory for all employees?
PF is mandatory for employees earning up to ₹15,000 per month basic salary. Employees earning above this can opt in voluntarily. Employers must register once headcount crosses 20 employees.
Is ESIC mandatory?
ESIC is mandatory for establishments with 10 or more employees, for employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month gross salary.
